Presenting initial check of $1270.50 for proceeds from ribbon donations to representatives from the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at their office in NYC.

These photos show the breast cancer ribbon sash under construction. Each ribbon is inscribed with the name of someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. Light pink ribbons represent breast cancer survivors. Dark pink ribbons honor those who have passed. The placement of the ribbons is random, signifying the random manner in which breast cancer strikes. Once the sash is completely covered with the small breast cancer ribbons, it will be affixed to the dress as shown in the concept drawing on the home page.
