170 ribbons donated ~ over 400 to go!! - 12/07/06
As of 12/7/06, 170 ribbons have been donated honoring breast cancer survivors and memorializing those who have passed. It will take just over 600 miniature breast cancer ribbons to complete the sash. Donations have reached $1270.50!! - 11/16/06
The generosity of the supporters of the Breast Cancer Ribbon Dress 2006 is overwhelming! Ribbon donations are now at $1270.50, with 182 ribbon donations secured! Survivor ribbons total 136 and memorial ribbons total 46. On Friday, 11/17/06, I will be in New York to present representatives from The Breast Cancer Research with the proceeds of the initial donations. Over 150 Ribbons & Over $1000 in Donations! - As of 11/02/2006
As of 11/2/2006, the Breast Cancer Ribbon Dress 2006 has received over 150 ribbon donations with contributions for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation totalling over $1000!! Thank you to all of the supporters of this project who have been so generous!
Parkland Arts & Crafts in the Country - 10/7/2006
I would like to thank everyone at the Parkland Arts & Crafts in the Country event on Saturday, 10/7/06, who contributed to the Breast Cancer Ribbon Dress 2006. Thanks to the amazing generosity of the patrons who attended, over $700 was donated through ribbon donations for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation!! I am overwhelmed by the response and am excited to continue my quest to collect for the cure!
